Refunds are not offered on digital products due to the nature of the products sold. However there are some exceptions where you may qualify for a full or partial refund. 



  • You have purchased the same product more than once by mistake.
  • You have purchased two products that share the some same elements. 
    • For example; You purchased a Template that includes expression maps, but also have purchase the same expression maps separately.
  • We still can't  get you up and running with a product after troubleshooting and providing additional help.

Refunds Process

If you have qualified for a full or partial refund, you will be notified once the refund has been processed. After a refund is processed it can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account, in most cases you'll receive a refund instantly.
